Local Schools Find New Funding Sources

Declining revenues and budget cuts by local school districts have left shortages at local schools and have caused them to seek new sources of funding in order to offer programs which would have been taken for granted in the past.

We’ve gotten generous grants from the Northside Athletes Foundation. It costs a lot to start a football program.

According to a recent article in the Sandy Springs Reporter Newspaper, charitable foundations including the Northside Athletes Foundation have stepped up to fill the void.
